Responsibilities:
You lead an agile team driving sustainable operational improvements across assigned domains within the mine-to-port value chain. This position delivers end-to-end operational excellence initiatives spanning operating systems, performance management, asset optimization, and capability building. He/she leads a squad of Analysts working on priority topics aligned with Business Planning. The role acts as a trusted business partner to operational leaders, translating strategic priorities into actionable improvement plans that deliver measurable results.

Required skills:
- Extensive understanding of Asset Management, Lean principles and six sigma methodologies / Strong background in Continuous improvement;
- Proven track record leading projects across operations, maintenance, engineering;
- Strong track record coaching teams in problem solving and continuous improvement;
- Experience in Lean & CI Tools: Kaizen, A3, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Standard Work;
- Advanced in Excel, Power BI/Tableau and operational systems;
- Develop capability in others while maintaining high performance expectations;
- A minimum 7 years in in mining/industrial operations, with 3-5 years in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or performance management;
- Advanced analytical thinking, systematic approach, creative solutions;
