Responsibilities:
Your role is to provide day-to-day support to the client department members and leaders with regards to all administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the business. The position is critical for the client leader to focus on delivering his/her leadership role and for the client department to stay well-organized and efficient in their function or service.
Required skills:
- Strong communication and relational skills;
- Strong organization , time management and priority management skills;
- You have a good level of IT literacy such as computers and software;
- You have a good level of French and working knowledge of English;
- Having at least 3 years’ experience in an administrative task;
- Holder of a BACC+2 degree in Administration or equivalent.
