Responsibilities:
Your role is to coordinate all daily airstrip operations and maintain effective liaison with contracted aircraft operators. You are also responsible for conducting regular inspections to ensure that the airstrips, facilities, and equipment comply with applicable aviation regulations and company standards, and that all required procedures and records are properly maintained, updated, and filed. You will also coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that identified maintenance requirements and operational issues are addressed in a timely manner. Finally, you will report any discrepancies, hazards, incidents, or potential risks related to airstrip operations and follow up on corrective actions.

Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, Airport/Aerodrome Management.
- 3+ years of experience in aviation or aerodrome operations.
- Good knowledge of aviation safety, airfield operations, and applicable regulations.
- Strong inspection, coordination, reporting, and risk assessment skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with aircraft operators and aviation authorities.
- Familiar with Ambatovy Travel system.
