Responsibilities:
Your role is to supervise all daily activities of Lead Operators and Operators. You ensure an effective and safe operation of equipment and material at Power Plant in collaboration with Power Plant Maintenance Team. You’ll coordinate and organize training of staff under your supervision and you’ll participate to achieve daily Mine Site demand in term of Electrical Energy.

You’ll coordinate and organize training of staff under your supervision and you’ll participate to achieve daily Mine Site demand in term of Electrical Energy.
Required skills:
- You have a good level of French and working knowledge of English;
- With ability of coaching, monitoring of a team;
- Having 5 years’ experience in Power Generation and Distribution System;
- You have solid experience in supervisory roles, in operation and maintenance of electrical equipment;
- Familiar with Microsoft office Suite of products, and Maintenance Management Systems like Oracle, Ellipse, Pronto, MIMS, SAP…;
- You have a proven knowledge of mineral processing and mining equipment including low and medium voltage VFDs;
- Holder of Masters’ degree in Electrical, Electro mechanical or equivalent;
