Responsibilities: Your role is to focus on enhancing asset performance, developing Standard Maintenance Procedures, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You are responsible for conducting root cause analysis of incidents, implementing corrective actions, and driving the area improvement plan. The engineer will support technical execution teams by providing expert advice, guiding complex repairs, and optimizing maintenance activities. Required skills:
Experience in industrial maintenance, with hands-on involvement in execution, planning, or engineering roles;
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems across a variety of equipment;
Experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions;
Proficiency in CMMS (e.g., Maximo, SAP, EAM) for managing maintenance workflows, asset management, and tracking maintenance performance metrics;
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English;
Familiarity with key metrics such as Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF);
A minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance engineering role within a hazardous process plant environment;
Strong analytical skills to diagnose technical issues, implement corrective actions;
You hold an Engineering degree in Maintenance, Mechanical or equivalent.
