Required skills:
- Mastery of IRP / Institut de Recherche Psychologique test batteries;
- In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle;
- Strong candidate assessment skills;
- Respect for deadlines;
- Sense of confidentiality, integrity and honesty;
- Service-oriented attitude, enjoyment of human contact;
- Ability to synthesize information;
- Good communication, listening and argumentation skills, both oral and written, in Malagasy, French and English;
- Good command of computer tools;
- Strategic mindset and analytical skills;
- Strong resistance to stress;
- Minimum of 05 years' proven professional experience in a recruitment position;
- Bachelor’s degree (Bacc+3) in Business Administration, specializing in HR Management, Psychology or Labor Law.
