Responsibilities:

Your role is to ensure machinery reliability and capacity above provided requirements to achieve Power Plant’s operational objectives. You’ll use a proactive approach, based on centralized planning and decentralized work execution. You will lead Diesel Engine Mechanic teams to accomplish all aspects Maintenance tasks; including the tests once the job done.

Required skills:

• You have a good level of French and working knowledge of English;
• With ability of coaching, monitoring of a team;
• You have an advanced knowledge of failure analysis, tooling and repairs;
• Having 5 years’ experience in Power Generation and Distribution System;
• You have solid experience in supervisory roles, in operation and maintenance of Diesel Generators field;
• Familiar with Microsoft office Suite of products, and Maintenance Management Systems like Oracle, Ellipse, Pronto, MIMS, SAP…;
• A MAN DIESEL and/or CATERPILLAR Generators Certificate is an asset;
• Holder of Masters’ degree in Diesel Mechanic or equivalent;
• You have a driving license, category B.
