SENIOR ANALYST PLANT PERFORMANCE

Responsibilities:
You operate at the intersection of operations, reliability, and innovation — not only monitoring KPIs but building a systemic understanding of performance by connecting siloed data sources across the plant: ERP (EAM), DCS systems (via Piper), reliability databases, inspection reports, engineering design data (P&IDs, isometrics, datasheets), and more. You identify and deploy advanced data models and tools, including exploratory AI use cases, to extract meaningful insights and guide maintenance and operational focus.

Required skills:
- Advanced analytics: trend modeling, multi-source correlation, forecasting;
- You have a strong understanding of reliability, process design, and operational dynamics;
- Strong knowledge in Power BI, Python, SQL, Excel (advanced), ERP-EAM, DCS systems;
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English;
- Excellent communicator, able to translate complexity into clarity;
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex operational challenges;
- Experience working with cross-functional systems (ERP, DCS, CMMS, inspection, engineering data);
- A minimum 10 years’ experience in industrial environments with significant exposure to operations and performance systems;
- You holder a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Process Engineering or related field / Certifications in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or AI (Power BI, Python, etc.) are a strong asset.
