Responsibilities:
The Superintendent Human Resources contributes to the creation of a positive social environment, ensures the fair and consistent application of company prevailing policies and procedures related to employee relations, staff administration, organizational chart management, employees’ career development and remuneration. He / She will be in charge of HR audit coordination and oversee the smooth running of staff representative entities.
Required skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience in the private sector of a major international company, preferably industrial, energy or mining;
- Fluency in French and English languages both written and oral;
- Excellent knowledge of the Malagasy Labor Law;
- Ability to create an atmosphere of confidence with the personnel;
- Good ability to listen, influence, argue and persuade;
- Knowledge of economics, work environments, and the labor market;
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in managing the system of remuneration and performance evaluation;
- Experience in the field of HR policies and HR information systems;
- Hold a University degree (BACC+4) in Law or School of Business.
