Responsibilities:

In order to meet recruitment needs, your role is to ensure a perfect match between resources and requirements. You need to deliver to the requesting departments people whose profiles match the job requirements to ensure optimum performance in the execution of functions/tasks, thus enabling the departments to achieve their objectives in services, production or maintenance.
Required skills:
  • Mastery of IRP / Institut de Recherche Psychologique test batteries;
  • In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle;
  • Strong candidate assessment skills; 
  • Respect for deadlines;
  • Sense of confidentiality, integrity and honesty;
  • Service-oriented attitude, enjoyment of human contact;
  • Ability to synthesize information;
  • Good communication, listening and argumentation skills, both oral and written, in Malagasy, French and English;
  • Good command of computer tools;
  • Strategic mindset and analytical skills;
  • Strong resistance to stress;
  • Minimum of 05 years' proven professional experience in a recruitment position;
  • Bachelor’s degree (Bacc+3) in Business Administration, specializing in HR Management, Psychology or Labor Law.
