Responsibilities:
You are responsible for leading and orchestrating the deployment of Lean routines and Continuous Improvement (CI) practices across Ambatovy, by coordinating a network of CI Senior Analysts embedded within the operations. You ensure that CI routines are actively deployed and monitored by their team of CI Senior Analysts, and works cross-functionally to unblock structural or systemic bottlenecks beyond the reach of the field teams.

Required skills:
- In-depth understanding of asset management principles, standardization processes, and continuous improvement methodologies;
- Ability to interpret operational performance signals and convert them into tactical CI plans;
- Strong command of Lean tools: Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, VMB coaching;
- Familiarity with visual management systems and field maturity audits;
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English;
- Leadership by influence and service – enabling others to act and improve;
- Highly organized, pragmatic, and field-oriented;
- A minimum 10 years of industrial experience with at least 5 years leading CI initiatives or Lean deployments;
- Demonstrated success in deploying structured improvement initiatives with measurable results;
- You hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Management, or Operations Management / Lean Six Sigma
- Black Belt certification required.
