ENGINEER MECHANICAL

Responsibilities:

Your role is to develop a Pipeline inspection plan, prepare and lead all major projects in the Pipeline inspection plan. You need to ensure the role of an interface with the Maintenance Team and / or electrical maintenance for work on the line an contribute technically on the projects and the tasks assigned by the hierarchy. You ensure the centralization of all Pipeline construction data, and to the update of the status of the pipeline status following the reports and recommendations of experts.

Required skills :

• You have strong technical skills in mechanical and / or industrial hydraulics;
• With knowledge and familiar terms with API, ASTM, ANSI / B31 and CSZA especially B31.4 related to Pipeline and welding on pressure equipment;
• Good Pipe corrosion protection knowledge;
• Proficiency in computer skills, strong programming skills (AUTOCAD, MS OFFICE, MS PROJECT, MS VISIO, VBA....);
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical, organizational and communication skills;
• Able to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team environment, and in remote areas;
• Able to work under limited supervision;
• Excellent communication skills in French and English;
• Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience in an industrial setting including a major project;
• Holder of an Engineering degree in Mechanical or Industrial;
• With a driving license (category B).
