Responsibilities:
You are responsible for driving Lean and performance improvement routines at zone level, ensuring full execution, coaching, and escalation support. You lead the execution of 5S programs, VMB facilitation, Kaizen preparation and follow-up, and continuous coaching of operational teams.

You are responsible for driving Lean and performance improvement routines at zone level, ensuring full execution, coaching, and escalation support. You lead the execution of 5S programs, VMB facilitation, Kaizen preparation and follow-up, and continuous coaching of operational teams.
Required skills:
- In-depth understanding of asset management principles, standardization processes, and continuous improvement methodologies;
- You have a strong track record in executing improvement initiatives and influencing operational teams;
- Mastery of Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, A3, RCA, SMED, VMB;
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English;
- Self-driven, structured, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Analytical skills to interpret deeply operational KPIs and guide improvement focus;
- A minimum 10 years of industrial experience, with a strong background in operations or maintenance with at least 5 years of proven experience in CI (continuous improvement) deployment and Lean facilitation;
- You holder a Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or equivalent / Black Belt certification preferred.
