Responsibilities:
Within the overall context of Ambatovy strategies for localization and organizational effectiveness, this position leads the process of implementation and improvement of all talent management initiatives, and to be responsible for managing the process of workforce/headcount planning. This position is required to understand well the clients’ strategy and associated HR needs, and to collaborate with other HR teams, with strategic thinking and high communication and analytical skills.
Required skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR (preferably in talent management)
- Knowledge of HR and Talent Management.
- Business acumen.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Very good presentation skill.
- Ability to manage and facilitate change.
- Good level of project management.
- High level of communication and negotiation skill.
- HR ethics.
- Team management.
- Ability to manage interpersonal relationships.
- Analytical thinking & Complex problem solving.
