Responsibilities:
Your role is to ensure machinery reliability and capacity above provided requirements to achieve Power Plant’s operational objectives. Use a proactive approach, based on centralized planning and decentralized work execution. You will participate and coach the Electrical Technicians to accomplish their daily tasks in term of preventive and corrective maintenance. Provide full support to Diesel Mechanic and Operators Team.

You will participate and coach the Electrical Technicians to accomplish their daily tasks in term of preventive and corrective maintenance. Provide full support to Diesel Mechanic and Operators Team.
Required skills:
- Having good level of French and working knowledge of English;
- With ability of coaching, monitoring of a team;
- You have an advanced knowledge of DCS, PLC programs and instrumentation to enable assistance and guidance;
- Having 5 years’ experience in Power Generation and Distribution Systems with low and medium voltage switchboards and switchgears;
- With solid experience in supervisory roles, operation and maintenance of electrical equipment in mining environment;
- Familiar with Microsoft office Suite of products, and Maintenance Management Systems like Oracle, Ellipse, Pronto, MIMS, SAP…;
- Holder of Masters’ degree in Electrical, Electro-mechanical or equivalent;
- A Trade Certificate is an asset;
- You have a driving license, category B.
