Responsibilities:
You act as a maturity accelerator, facilitating cross-departmental assessments, developing improvement roadmaps, and ensuring that the APS tools and routines are pragmatically embedded into the operational culture. You support the institutionalization of APS across all site functions by acting as both a guardian of framework integrity and a partner for contextual adaptation. It enables data-driven maturity growth and supports tactical and structural improvements aligned with Ambatovy’s strategic objectives.

Required skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of asset management principles, maturity models, continuous improvement methodologies, and best practices;
- You are comfortable in leading technical deployment (digital tools, forms, workflows, routines;
- You have strong knowledge of maturity models and APS/TPS-style deployment;
- You have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English;
- Autonomous and strategic, with a strong sense of ownership and integrity;
- Experience in translating system gaps into scalable field tool;
- A minimum 10 years of industrial operations, performance systems, or maintenance with at least 5 years in standardization, maturity frameworks, or cross-functional improvement roles;
- You holder a Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or equivalent / Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Asset Management, or equivalent frameworks preferred.
