Contractors Training & Mentorship Coordinator

Mission (job's requirements :

You role is to plan, initiate and manage the realization of audits, training and mentorship of selected local contractors and suppliers in some key-sectors, to enhance their capacity , skillsand competitiveness , to create shared value for Ambatovy and for the broader economy of Madagascar.


  • Establish the training and mentorship program of selected local contractors and suppliers to be developed throughout ALBI local content strategy.
  • Initiate and manage the realization Training and Mentorship program for local contractor
  • Develop collaborative relationship with the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry, to develop a training and mentorship program for Local enterprises and students from University.

Your profile (qualifications, skills or knowledge:

  • You have a good command in audit and diagnostic of enterprise, strong analytical skills, synthesis skills and demonstrated strategic thinking approach ;
  • You have a sound experience in managing audit and mentorship program.
  • You are able to research and evaluate training and mentorship needs..
  • You have a good knowledge of human resource, finance and accountability management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good proficiency in English and in French;
  • Familiar with the SME/SMI environment in Madagascar and good knowledge of the Malagasy regulations ( tax system, labor code, Code of Social Security …);
  • You are familiar with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, etc);
  • 10 years minimum of technical professional experience in similar job ;
  • Holder of Master’s degree in Administration, Management or relevant field.
