Your role is to support programmes and initiatives for increased employee engagement, leadership development, and business training, within the overall context of Ambatovy strategies for organisational effectiveness and the talent management programme.

Your profile (job's requirements, qualifications, skills and knowledge)

  1.  Good Knowledge of techniques for leading meeting and facilitation ;
  2.  Good Knowledge of effective change mangement ;
  3.  A good communication and interpersonal skills ;
  4.  Written and spoken communication skills in Malagasy, French and English ;
  5.  Dynamic, available and organized, with a focus on continious improvement ;
  6.  Good problem solving skills and good time-keeping skills ;
  7.  Proficiency with e-learning software and IT tools (MS office) ;
  8.  Experienced in managing team or holder of a certificate in Leadership ;
  9.  3 years’ relevant experience in education or facilitation ;
  10.  Holder of Masters degree in business, administration, human resources, or equivalent.
