Responsibilities:
The Superintendent general services need to ensure the management of the catering, waste, travel, camp and water bottling plant projects in order to deliver a very good level of services aligned with the standard and are safe, cost efficient and to the satisfaction of the customers. The incumbent has to manage and maintain an administration system according to the company’s vision and policies.
Required skills:
- You have proven experience in managing team and achieving operational targets;
- You have experience on catering, camp, water bottling, travel and waste management;
- Strong communication and leadership skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication, in French and in English;
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibilities;
- Excellent analytical skills for monitoring KPIs and operational planning;
- Ability to demand high standards from staff and contractors;
- Focused on customer satisfaction;
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Experience in project management, concept and realization;
- Hold a Bacc+4 in Hotel and Restauration Management or equivalent;
- At least 8 years’ experience in a similar function/service with team
