Responsibilities:
The Senior Advisor, Legal will provide legal support during the whole of the Company’s life. The Senior Advisor, Legal will provide advice and guidance in legal matters while ensuring compliance between all initiatives taken and applicable norms. They will provide legal advice on applicable rules and will suggest revision to ensure compliance.

The Senior Advisor, Legal will provide legal support during the whole of the Company’s life. They will provide legal advice on applicable rules and will suggest revision to ensure compliance.
Required skills:
- You have an excellent knowledge of Malagasy laws particularly mining, labour, corporate and commercial, as well as a solid understanding of international practice;
- You have strong management and organisational skills (reporting, prioritisation, management of several files simultaneously, delegation and coaching);
- You have strong research, analytical and drafting skills, in French and English;
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English;
- An experience with multinational and multicultural companies are desired;
- A minimum of 07 years’ experience as Legal Advisor within a similar organisation, preferably in mining or large industry;
- You holder a Masters or equivalent degree in private law.
