Responsibilities:

The main purpose of the position is to develop and provide a high-quality learning/coaching facilitation approach helping every learners/employee to provide their best thinking and practice, encouraging full participation, promoting mutual understanding and cultivating shared responsibility toward effective development of their skills and knowledge.

Required skills:

• You have a strong training facilitation and coaching skills;
• You have a strong communication skill;
• You have a good level of English and French;
• You are able to write reports in French and English;
• You have a good command of Microsoft Office software such as Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel;
• You have previous field experience in an industrial environment; experience in factory operations is an asset;
• You have a good knowledge of database management, which would be a definite asset;
• You have a good understanding of Health & Safety;
• Bachelor degree in Social or Human Sciences, in Technical field or certified CAPEN or equivalent.
