Condition Monitoring Technician


Your role is to make scheduled and unscheduled equipment condition checks, audits, analyses in order to detect anomalies of the equipment (failures…) and to perform the preventive and corrective action. You support the condition monitoring engineer to manage the equipment to ensure their reliability and availability.



  1. Assist the Predictive Maintenance Foreman to develop condition monitoring routes and checks for Plant equipment;
  2. Execute CM checks on a routine scheduled basis. This include visual checks, vibration data collection, infrared data collection, ultra sonic data collection, motor current and flux data collection, simple NDT data collection;
  3. Analyze and trend predictive maintenance data (vibration, IR, etc) to determine plant condition and report this condition for action;
  4. Monitor general physical condition of plant assets and report same for preventive and corrective actions as necessary;


Your profile:

  1. Good knowledge of Predictive Maintenance Technique (eg: Vibration, Lube Oil Analysis…);
  2. Experience and exposure to different complex industrial processes and equipment;
  3. Have a communication skills with a focus on optimization and continuous improvement;
  4. Excellent communication skills in French, English is desirable;
  5. Dynamic, proactive, organized with a good interpersonal skill;
  6. You master IT tools (Microsoft Office);
  7. A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar position;
  8. Holder of Mechanical, Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
